WHILE Tuesday's mega-trade saw seven players move clubs, there remains a few deals to be done on the last day of the AFLW Trade Period.

North Melbourne – who has yet to make a trade this period – will be heavily involved in the action, with Kim Rennie keen to join and Jasmine Grierson wanting to move to GWS.

As previously reported by womens.afl, Rennie requested the trade from the Western Bulldogs last week.

Rennie would add some aerial depth to the Kangaroos' line-up, and may allow Emma King – a noted goalkicker – to spend more time causing havoc out of the goalsquare.

The 26-year-old former basketballer joined the Western Bulldogs ahead of the 2018 premiership season, and has played 24 games across four seasons.

After being a staple of North Melbourne's defence in the club's first two seasons, the steady Grierson found herself an emergency for the Kangaroos' last three matches of 2021.

TRADE TRACKER Every deal, indicative draft order

The 23-year-old originally started her AFLW career with Melbourne, and has played 32 games across five seasons.

It would cap off a successful Trade Period for the Giants, who have previously struggled at times to attract players to Sydney for the part-time competition.

GWS was involved in the intricate five-club trade, landing Chloe Dalton and Katie Loynes, but losing Jess Dal Pos to Carlton in return.

The deadline to complete trades is 2pm AEST on Wednesday.

In other AFLW news, Adelaide skipper Chelsea Randall has signed a two-year deal to stay at the club.

She's not the only Crow to put pen to paper, with forwards Hannah Button, Ailish Considine and Ashleigh Woodland signing on.

Defenders Dayna Cox and Marijana Rajcic – along with the versatile Maddi Newman – have also re-signed.

Brisbane key forward Jesse Wardlaw and winger Jade Ellenger have signed one-year contracts.
