WELCOME to the final Trade Talk of the year! Hopefully you have enjoyed reading the article each week and, more importantly, got some useful ideas for trades.

There has certainly been plenty of highs and lows throughout the season. Obviously my weekly pushing of all coaches towards Tom Rockliff since week one has been the best Fantasy advice anybody could possibly receive.

However I have also been off the mark on the odd occasion, like ranking Matt Priddis as my number 1 option (minus Rocky) last week to take you into the Grand Final, only to see him tagged by Daniel Cross for a score of 79.

Congratulations to all coaches who are in the Grand Final, or are in the running for the overall prize.

Here are my top three players you want on the park this week in the all-important last game of the year:

Tom Rockliff [MID, $749,057]: Obviously, I am writing this in the hope that you are one of the 29 per cent of coaches that already own Rocky because unless you have a bank balance like Donald Trump, he is tough to get in. We have never seen this kind of form from any player in AFL Fantasy, and that includes future Hall OF Famers Dane Swan and Gary Ablett.

In the last five week Rockliff has averaged a ridiculous 160, and is currently on a three-game streak of 166. In the last eight weeks he has a low score of 110, with 122 being his only other total under 130 in that time.

This week he plays the Cats at Simonds Stadium, where last year he racked up 37 possessions and nine marks for 140. Pretty impressive considering he was only a Fantasy piglet at that stage and he has since been promoted to a full Fantasy Pig, so expect his outstanding run to continue.

Jordan Lewis [MID, $593,896]: Lewis is in career-best form and could be a match-winning point of difference given he is only owned by five per cent of the competition. He is on a streak of five 100+ point performances, including recent scores of 144 and 156 to contribute to a three-game average of 136.

He has a mouth-watering match-up this week against the Pies, who he scored 120 against earlier this year. In recent weeks, the Pies have been leaking a load of points in the midfield with Toby Greene scoring 165 against them this week, while Tom Rockliff and Pearce Hanley had 165 and 147 respectively the previous week.

The Pies are depleted and with no threat from injured tagger Brent Macaffer, he should be huge

Toby Greene [MID, $561,628]: After recommending bringing in Greene last week, his ownership of 1.85 per cent suggests it was only Calvin who listened to me and enjoyed the massive 165-point return.

Greene has been in amazing form over the last four weeks with a low score of 116. This week he faces the Bulldogs who allowed five of the Swans to score over 108 last Sunday. He is likely to be a point of difference to your opponent and, like Lewis, could be the man to get you over the line.

CONSIDER CAREFULLY

Robbie Gray [FWD/MID, $479,818] is back to his best after a bad return in round 19 where he was suffering from illness four weeks ago. Since then, he has scores of 121, 97 and 137 which is gold for a player with forward eligibility. Buyer beware: Although Ryan Crowley traditionally goes to Travis Boak, there is a risk Gray will attract some negative attention given the damage he is doing with ball in hand.

Luke Shuey [MID, $520,191] is in great form with a three game average of 116. He plays the Suns in a must win game for the Eagles this week and the Suns gave up eight 100s last week. Matt Priddis [MID, $568,163] is also worth considering for this one after scoring 108 against the Suns earlier this year.

Joel Selwood [MID, $582,651] has a five game average of 120 and takes on the Lions at Simonds Stadium this week. Last week the Lions gave up five 100 point scores at the Gabba and it will be a hard slog keeping the numbers down in Geelong. In his last hit-out at home, Selwood managed an impressive 130.

WHAT ARE THE TRADERS DOING THIS WEEK?

Warnie
In: Rory Sloane, Christian Howard
Out: Brad Ebert, Alexis Gerogiou

Warnie is sick of Brad Ebert after a few ordinary scores and he doesn't think the Port Adelaide midfielder will be much better this weekend against the Dockers.

Calvin
In: Shane Mumford, Luke Hodge
Out: Zac Clarke, Brodie Smith

Calvin is emptying the bank and saying goodbye to the Zac Clarke experiment.

Roy
In: Toby Greene, Nick Malceski
Out: Steve Johnson, Brodie Smith

I am bringing in Greene on the back of his hot form, while saying goodbye to Smith after some sub-par performances.

Good luck this week and thanks for making it a great year of AFL Fantasy. Follow me on Twitter: @RoyDT
