WITH RIVAL clubs offering him multi-million dollar deals to secure his services, Greater Western Sydney star Josh Kelly is yet to make a decision on his future, says his manager Paul Connors.

North Melbourne, St Kilda and Carlton are believed to be the strongest bidders trying to lure the classy midfielder back to Victoria with lucrative and long-term  contracts, with Essendon reportedly also in the mix.

Connors said Kelly's brilliant form this season had seen his phone run hot with offers for the out-of-contract 22-year-old.

"There are many clubs that have inquired about Josh Kelly," Connors told SEN.

"He's only young, in his fourth year and his football since these talks started has gone from good to great.

"I think you'd be mad not to be interested in Josh, but he's just focused on the finals (with the Giants), and so he should."

The experienced player manager has looked after some of the biggest stars the AFL has seen over the past 20 years, and Connors' advice to his young client is to take ownership of such an important decision.

"I think the best decision (is) that he does take control of the decision himself with family," Connors said.

"He was down (in Melbourne) the other week, so I had a chat to him, but before that we hadn't discussed the whole situation for four to six weeks.

"He obviously leans on us, but at the end of the day Josh has to make a decision that he is comfortable with, and all I've advised him is that he's got time, so focus in what he can control, and that's his form and football.

"When he gets a moment, he'll sit down and make a decision."

Another of Connors' high-profile clients is Jack Watts, and the Demon has been getting a similar amount of pressure to Kelly for far different reasons.

Dropped to the VFL in recent weeks for indifferent form, Watts' commitment has once again come into question as the Demons approach a likely finals berth.

Connors marvels at how the 2008 No.1 draft pick has acquitted himself under constant scrutiny.

"I'm unashamedly his No.1 fan," Connors said.

"I think he's the most resilient footballer in the AFL, and I was just grabbed by someone last night saying, 'Can you please keep Jack Watts at Melbourne?'.
