Mark Ricciuto or Simon Goodwin?
The question is not about who wins the race to be the next Crows coach.
With current Adelaide captain Nathan van Berlo just 14 games into his leadership at West Lakes, the choice of skipper for the Crows' Team of the Second Decade falls between Ricciuto and Goodwin. Ricciuto led Adelaide from 2001 to 2007, succeeding Mark Bickley as the premiership captain of Adelaide's Team of the First Decade.
Goodwin was captain from 2008 to his retirement last season.

UPSET win won't release pressure: Craig
Adelaide coach Neil Craig says an upset triumph over Sydney hasn't released the pressure on his struggling AFL club. Craig's Crows ended their bleak streak with a seven-point win over a wasteful Sydney on Saturday night, 8.9 (57) to 6.14 (50).
The victory at a drenched AAMI Stadium came after a six consecutive losses as some pundits doubted Craig's message still resonated with his players.

ADELAIDE midfielder Richard Douglas will miss the next four to six weeks after being diagnosed with a high ankle sprain today. Douglas, last year's Crows' best and fairest, injured his ankle while tackling Sydney's Tadhg Kennelly in the third term at AAMI Stadium on Saturday night. "It's normally a four to six-week injury and the doctors are suggesting that it won't be any better than that so he will miss between three and five games," Crows operations manager Phil Harper said.

FORMER Crow Trent Hentschel's ill-fated attempt at a return to football in the SANFL is over. The Eagles full forward announced his retirement from Woodville-West Torrens, ending a 50-game SANFL career which included just five games and eight goals this season. Hentschel, whose 71 game AFL career with the Crows was ruined by an horrific leg injury, was forced to call it quits because of a disc injury in his back.

ADELAIDE coach Neil Craig was delighted by the energy and intensity his charges displayed in their gutsy seven-point triumph over Sydney at AAMI Stadium on Saturday, but cautiously warns of being 'seduced' by one good win. Craig was as pleased with the method by which the Crows went about their business as much as he was the actual result, which snapped a dismal six-match losing streak. "That (effort) is what they (supporters) have been yearning for, for a long time," Craig said.
