THE AFL advises the Match Review of the Qualifying Final on Saturday between North Melbourne and Fremantle has been completed. No charges were laid with one incident requiring a detailed explanation.

The incident between Fremantle's Kiara Bowers and North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos' Ellie Gavalas from the fourth quarter of Saturday's Qualifying Final match between the Kangaroos and Fremantle was assessed. The ball is loose on the wing when Player Bowers attempts to gain possession. Player Gavalas approaches from the opposite direction. Bowers is unsuccessful in gaining possession of the football and subsequently braces for contact with Gavalas where high contact is made. It was the view of the Match Review Officer that Bowers' actions were not unreasonable in the circumstances. No further action was taken.
