DANGEROUS Northern Territory forward J'Noemi Anderson has nominated Victoria for the upcoming NAB AFLW Draft.

Gold Coast has an alliance with the Northern Territory, but Anderson – the younger sister of North Melbourne's Jed – has close ties to Victoria, having boarded at Melbourne Girls Grammar and played NAB League with Sandringham.

It's not the only brother-sister reunion on the cards, with Gippsland Power's Yasmin Duursma nominating South Australia for Wednesday's draft.

The AFLW Draft is a state-based event, due to the part-time nature of the competition. Players can nominate a state other than their own, but in recently introduced rules, players still in school can remain at home and train with their current club in the meantime until they finish.

Duursma, 18, is a strong chance to join older brother Xavier at Port Adelaide, with the expansion side holding the first four picks in the South Australian pool.

The 174cm midfielder who can also play in defence, Duursma represented Vic Country for the past two years at under-17 and under-18 level.

A nice user of the footy who reads the play well, Duursma can play both on the inside and outside.
