THREE separate Adelaide players have been nominated by coaches as the AFLW's best forward, underlining the powerhouse's dominance in the competition.
The 2019 leading goalkicker Stevie-Lee Thompson and two-time best and fairest Erin Phillips both received three votes in womens.afl's coaches' survey, while young star Eloise Jones also got a nod.

The Crows absolutely obliterated teams in 2019, blowing them off the park with their firepower, averaging 59 points a match.
One coach wanted to name Phillips as both best midfielder and best forward, such is her talent and dominance, before settling on the Crow as a midfielder and Carlton's Darcy Vescio as a forward.
Thompson was a revelation in 2019, her pace and subsequent composure when running towards goal setting her apart.
North Melbourne duo Jasmine Garner and Emma King were also given votes, despite King spending long periods of time in the ruck.

Chloe Molloy even got a nomination as a forward, but has spent most of her short AFLW career anchoring Collingwood's backline. She was initially drafted as a forward and has previously finished equal-first in the VFLW's leading goalkicker award.
