A NEW AFLW season means a new set of players and jumper numbers to get your head around.

Returning forward Ruth Wallace – who took a year off footy for personal reasons – will wear No.18, a jumper worn by a number of Indigenous male players at the club such as Eddie Betts and Graham Johncock.

Veteran draftee Courtney Gum will don the No.5 in her comeback from a brief retirement.
