SOPHIE McKay has copped the first match review sanction of her young career, with the Carlton father-daughter selection fined $400 - down to $250 with an early plea - for tripping St Kilda's Paige Trudgeon during Saturday's clash.

McKay is one of four players fined across the round, with Richmond's Paige Scott also fined $400 for rough conduct against Collingwood's Tarni White during Sunday's closely fought match.

Two players were also fined for umpire contact.
