IT'S A SIGHT that will bring joy to Adelaide fans' hearts and put an uncomfortable seed of doubt into those of opposition teams.
Crows co-captains Erin Phillips and Chelsea Randall were back on the track for pre-season ahead of the 2021 NAB AFLW season, watched over by new assistant coach and club champion Scott Thompson.

Phillips played just two of a possible six games in 2020 as she recovered from a torn ACL suffered in the 2019 premiership win, and was mainly restricted to the forward line when she did play.
High-flying defender Randall missed all of 2020 after tearing her ACL in the first drill of the first session of pre-season in November last year.

The decorated pair and two-time premiership captains will be an instant boost to Adelaide's hopes of rebounding up the ladder after a poor, injury-hit 2020 season, finishing sixth of seven in Conference A and 11th overall.
There's no doubt the Crows are a different side when the duo – who have five All Australian selections between them – play, and in their absence, the likes of Anne Hatchard, Sarah Allan and Justine Mules came on in leaps and bounds.
