WESTERN AUSTRALIA 

Claremont made it three wins in a row with a 20-point victory over Subiaco. Peel Thunder returned to the winners list with a 40-point win over South Fremantle in a high-scoring affair. Swan Districts remain undefeated after four rounds after beating East Fremantle by 28 points. 

AFLW-listed players

Katelyn Pope and Beatrice Devlyn starred for Subiaco with Devlyn hitting the scoreboard and Pope being named as Subiaco's best player. 

Kate Orme and Sophie McDonald both kicked goals in Claremont's win, as did 2019 draftee Sasha Goranova.

After suffering from back tightness the last few weeks Evie Gooch dominated for East Fremantle, kicking three goals and being named in the best for the Sharks. Ann McMahon was also involved for East Fremantle, working her way back from devastating injuries when she was struck by a car while working as a police officer.

Mikaela Morrison seems to be shaking off the effects of appendicitis, kicking three goals for the second week in a row for Swan Districts. Bianca Webb also performed strongly to make a case for a return to the Dockers. 

State league players

Former AFLW-listed players Sarah Garstone and Kate Bartlett were kicking goals for their respective teams for the second week in row. 

Dana East was busy for Swan Districts while Sharon Wong battled for East Fremantle in their loss. 

South Fremantle winger Zoe Huggett was in the best and Ashleigh Reidy kicked two goals for the Bulldogs. 

Caitlin Walkers was named best on the ground in Claremont's win and Amy Franklin kicked three goals to get Claremont over the line.

SOUTH AUSTRALIA

After trailing for most of the game, South Adelaide notched its first win of the season with a five-point victory over Central Districts. A late goal gave Norwood a two-point victory over Sturt. In another close one, Woodville West-Torrens held on in tough conditions over Glenelg. North Adelaide broke away in the second quarter to run away with a 19-point win over West Adelaide.

AFLW-listed players

Montana McKinnon had another strong showing in the ruck for South Adelaide, winning 15 hitouts and laying five tackles. 

For the Eagles, Renee Forth was instrumental with 10 disposals, four tackles and three clearances in her side's win. 

State league players

Katelyn Rosenwieg was lively again for South Adelaide, kicking a goal to go with her 13 disposals. She was supported by midfielder Madison Lane who had 18 disposals. 

Former AFLW-listed players Sharni Whiting and Jaimi Tabb were instrumental for their sides in the North v West Adelaide clash. Whiting lead all disposal-getters with 21 while Tabb kicked a goal. 

Lauren Young, 15, continues to play beyond her years, this week tallying 19 disposals, four marks and four tackles for West Adelaide.

Alisha Gepp had a game-high 20 disposals for Sturt and she was well-supported by ruck Zoe Prowse who was instrumental with 15 hitouts and five clearances.

QUEENSLAND

Aspley continued its winning streak, making it three from three against Wilson Grange. Five goals in the second quarter set up University of Queensland's 34-point win over Yeronga South Brisbane. Coorparoo came from behind to beat Maroochydore by just one point.  The game between Coolangatta Tweed Heads and Bond University was postponed due to the weather. 

AFLW-listed players

Ruby Svarc continued her push to line up alongside sister Cathy Svarc for the Lions with another instrumental performance for Wilson Grange. Rheanne Lugg also performed well for the Gorillas in their loss to Apsley.

Zimmorlei Farquharson was again lively in front goals for Yeronga, while Jessy Keefe returned in the ruck. 

Emma Pittman continued her return from her ACL injury in Coorparoo's close win. 

State league players

In her first game of the season for Aspley, Mia Liddell starred with two goals against Wilson Grange. 

Lucinda Benjamin kicked four goals for University of Queensland and Mia Teubler was in the best for her work in the midfield. 

Ellie Bowden set up Coorparoo's win with her two goals and Taya Bowman was in the best for Maroochydore. 

Suns Academy product Emmii-Lee Zanker-Close also played well in Yeronga's loss to the Gorillas. 

VICTORIA

Collingwood came out 52-point winners in the 2019 Grand Final rematch with the Western Bulldogs. Essendon registered its second win of the season with a win over Hawthorn. Casey returned to the winners list with a 43-point win over North Melbourne. Southern Saints went down by eight points in difficult conditions against Geelong. Port Melbourne won its first VFLW game at home on North Port Oval over traditional rivals Williamstown, while Carlton was too strong for Darebin prevailing by seven points. 

AFLW-listed players

Collingwood midfielder Kristy Stratton was again instrumental for the Pies, picking up 15 disposals and kicking the goal of the game. Sarah Rowe made a successful return from a shoulder injury kicking a goal and racking up 17 disposals on the wing. 

Bella Smith was the game's leading scorer with three majors and also picked up 11 disposals in a dominant display forward. 

Bulldogs players Annabel Strahan and Amelia Van Oosterwijck did well in the midfield to try earn their first AFLW games of the season and Bailey Hunt had a promising return from a calf injury.

Niamh McEvoy and Chantel Emonson both responded to being dropped from Melbourne's AFLW team with dominant performances in Casey's win. McEvoy finished with three goals, 21 disposals and seven tackles while Emonson kicked two goals of her own and had 24 disposals. 

Maggie Caris continues her fine form in the ruck with 23 hitouts and 15 disposals, and Beth Lynch keeps pushing for a return to North's AFLW team finishing with 13 disposals in her side's loss. 

Geelong 2020 draftee Laura Gardiner was impressive with 30 disposals and 13 tackles. For the Saints, Nadia Von Bertouch and Jess Matin led the way with 24 and 23 disposals, respectively. 

Richmond trio Emily Harley, Phoebe Monahan and Luka Lesosky-Hay played well for affiliate Port Melbourne. Monahan was the best of the bunch leading all players with 23 disposals (16 contested), while Lesosky-Hay played her best game with 12 disposals and seven tackles.

Winnie Laing and Jess Edwards were the best of the AFLW-listed players in Carlton's win over Darebin with 16 and 13 disposals, respectively, through the midfield. Charlotte Hammans also continues to push for her place back in the Blues' side.

State league players

In a tough night for the Dogs, Louise Bibby and Riley Christgoergl were valiant in defence, Bibby finishing with seven tackles and Christgoergl with 12 disposals.

Mia Rae Clifford kicked three goals and Georgia Nanscawen was again huge for Essendon racking up 29 disposals and getting six clearances. 

Calder Canons graduate Alana Barba played a big role in Essendon's win and former Eastern Ranges player Olivia Flanagan continued her fine form for Hawthorn.

North trio Molly EastmanMegan Kiely and Sarah Skinner stepped up in difficult conditions as did Casey captain Grace Buchan, who picked up 19 disposals in her role in the midfield.

NAB League graduates Paige Sheppard and Tamara Smith were instrumental in Geelong's second win of the season. Sheppard had 27 disposals and 10 tackles and Smith a massive 31 disposals and 12 tackles.

Olivia Barton performed strongly down back for Port Melbourne while Sarah McNamara was lively with two goals. 

Gabby Biedenweg-Webster picked up 14 disposals to go with her two goals for Williamstown while Ruby Tripodi had 21 disposals, including 13 contested possessions. 

Experienced Falcon Kathleen Roe was in the best for Darebin with 16 disposals. For Carlton, Teresa Zampaglione was impressive with 20 disposals, as was Jennifer Lew for the second week with her eight tackles and 17 disposals.
