Although footy has looked different lately, club committee members, coaches, and other key volunteers haven’t stopped working hard behind the scenes to ensure that clubs are ready to hit the ground running for the first bounce of 2021.
Footy club volunteers give countless hours each week, month, and year organising player recruitment, sponsorship, uniforms, club functions, playing equipment, coaching sessions, canteens, match day co-ordination and plenty more behind the scenes. Many volunteers take on multiple roles to ensure that all club functions are covered for the benefit of club members.
AFL thanks all club volunteers for the invaluable work they do, especially for their efforts in these challenging times.
