THE MAN who allegedly supplied peptides to controversial sports scientist Stephen Dank hopes evidence he gives to the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority will speed its inquiry into Essendon's supplements program in 2012.

Shane Charter, also known as 'Dr Ageless', believes he can provide missing details in the evidence ASADA has so far collected.

Speaking ahead of a meeting with ASADA investigators on Wednesday Charter said he hoped to "fill those gaps".

"That'll hopefully expedite the process, bring this thing to a conclusion and wind it up in a more timely manner," he told Melbourne Radio 3AW.

It has been reported that Charter supplied supplements to Dank when the sports scientist was working for Essendon last season.

Dank has so far not agreed to take part in the ASADA-AFL inquiry.

Essendon has become increasingly confident in recent days that its players have done nothing wrong.

That's despite a damning report from former Telstra CEO Ziggy Switkowski, released on Monday, which found a number of serious failures in the governance of the football club.
