Hawthorn's 2011 season fixture has been unveiled, with the Hawks playing 13 games in Victoria and nine matches interstate.

First off, the Hawks travel to AAMI Stadium in Round 1 in a match that commemorates Adelaide's first official game back in 1991.

Matches against Melbourne and Richmond at the MCG follow, before Hawthorn does battle with West Coast in its first of four home game at Aurora Stadium.

Due to Anzac Day and Easter coinciding, the Hawks meet Geelong on Tuesday 26 April (Anzac Day public holiday).

To ensure both teams have adequate time to recover from that game, the Hawks and Cats have the bye in Round 6.

The Hawks have their second bye in Round 17, and wrap-up the season with a blockbuster against the Gold Coast (at the Gold Coast) in Round 24.
