Each month the AFL Membership Service Centre will be searching for the most passionate AFL Member and members can nominate someone that they believe is the most passionate AFL Member, or if they think that they fit the criteria, nominate themselves.
 
A passionate AFL Member could equate to the longevity of their membership, the extent of their footy knowledge or how many matches they attend each year in support of the game.
 
The member selected each month as the 'AFL Member of the Month' will be rewarded by receiving their 2011 AFL Membership renewal free.
 
A lucky 'AFL Member of the Month' runner-up will be rewarded with a $200 Caltex StarCash Fuel Voucher to get them to and from the footy. 
  
 
To nominate yourself or a fellow supporter, all you have to do is answer each of the following questions (in 25 words or less per question) and send them in to membership@afl.com.au.
