BRISBANE captain Dayne Zorko is a chance to play Gold Coast on Saturday after scans for his hamstring injury came back clear.

Zorko left Sunday's game against the Western Bulldogs in the third quarter and did not return after icing his hamstring.

However, scans revealed there was no damage and simply tightness for the four-time best and fairest winner.

Zorko will be tested later in the week ahead of the third-placed Lions' match against their Queensland rivals.

The 30-year-old has played 163 games in his career and missed just four since his debut in 2012.
