STAR ruckman Matthew Kreuzer and ex-Giants midfielder Matthew Kennedy will return from injury for Carlton's Friday night clash with Collingwood at the MCG.
Neither side had any late changes, with Kreuzer (groin) and Kennedy (ankle) back for the Blues and twin towers Ben Reid (hip) and Mason Cox (suspension) in for the Pies.
The ruck battle between Kreuzer and Collingwood big man Brodie Grundy looms as a crucial one in deciding the contest.
Both teams are without a win entering the round three encounter, with Carlton claiming two of the clubs' last three matches, including last year's game by 23 points.
The form of 2015 No.1 draft pick Jacob Weitering is a talking point after a slow start to the season, while a Collingwood victory should ease the scrutiny on coach Nathan Buckley.
