IS THE record in sight for Nick Daicos?
According to AFL.com.au's Brownlow Predictor, we could see Brownlow history this season as Daicos attempts to break Patrick Cripps' record for the most votes in a single campaign.

The Predictor has Daicos polling 47 votes in this year's Brownlow Medal count, which would remarkably top Cripps' record of 45 that he claimed when he took out the honour in 2024.
Matt Rowell polled 39 to win last year's Brownlow Medal, the second-most votes in a season, though Daicos looks primed to pip both following an impressive year where he dominated most games for Collingwood.
The Predictor has Daicos polling in 19 of 23 games, including polling maximum votes in 12 matches, while a hot back-half of the season saw the Predictor tip the Magpies superstar to poll votes in 13 consecutive games at one point.
It saw Daicos leave all in his wake, with Geelong's Bailey Smith (34 votes) and Western Bulldogs captain Marcus Bontempelli (32 votes) both trailing a minimum of five matches behind the Collingwood champion.
Daicos' road to victory could be eased by Collingwood teammates not stealing votes from him, with Josh Daicos and Jordan De Goey tipped as the Magpies' next best on nine votes each.
Will Ashcroft, Max Gawn, Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera, Jordan Dawson, Jai Newcombe and the ineligible Jason Horne-Francis are the others in the chasing pack behind Daicos, with 16 players tipped to poll more than 20 votes.
