DEFENDER Bodie Ryan has been traded from Hawthorn to Melbourne in the dying seconds of the trade period.
The Demons parted with pick no.107 for the 21-year-old.
Ryan was delisted by Hawthorn last month, but has been traded in a similar manner to Patrick Retschko 12 months ago, who was traded to Richmond after being delisted by Geelong
Ryan played five games for the Hawks in 2026 after being drafted with pick no.46 in the 2023 draft.
