FREMANTLE ruckman Sean Darcy has been cleared of serious damage to his troublesome knee but remains unlikely to face Port Adelaide this week.
The 22-year-old finished Saturday's loss to Brisbane on crutches after hyperextending his left knee during the third term.

While it was feared he had sustained the same PCL damage he suffered in 2018, Darcy's expected absence could open the door for a return for key forward Jesse Hogan.

"Sean had scans on his injured knee today, with the initial report indicating that there was no damage to either his PCL or ACL," Dockers general manager football Peter Bell said on Monday.
"There is some soft tissue damage to the back of the knee, which will require treatment, but Sean is doing well and we expect him to be able to train relatively soon."

Coach Justin Longmuir admitted in the aftermath of the loss to the Lions that the Dockers would be forced to restructure should Darcy miss.
That could see Rory Lobb pushed into the ruck – a role he played for parts of 2019 – paving the way for Hogan's comeback.
Hogan, who booted two goals in Saturday's scratch match against the Lions' reserves, hasn't played at AFL level since re-injuring his foot in round 14 last year and took time away from the club in January to deal with mental health.
