AFL Statement

The AFL advises the Match Review for the Sunday games of Round Three has been completed. Three charges were laid.

Charges Laid:
Rory Lobb, Fremantle, has been charged with making Unreasonable or Unnecessary Contact to the Face during the first quarter of the Round Three match between Fremantle and Port Adelaide, played at Metricon Stadium on Sunday June 21.

In summary, he can accept a $1000 sanction with an early plea.

A first offence for making Unreasonable or Unnecessary Contact to the Face is a $1500 sanction. An early plea enables the player to accept a $1000 sanction.
