Greene has been ruled out with a knee concern, while Daniel Lloyd (managed) has also been withdrawn from the team.

Lloyd suffered delayed concussion in the round six loss to Port Adelaide after an accidental clash of heads with teammate Jeremy Cameron.

The duo will be replaced by Bobby Hill and Jackson Hately, who earns a reprieve after being omitted when the team was first announced on Thursday night.

Giants general manager of football Jason McCartney said they were taking a conservative approach with both players.

"On a six-day break, we’ve taken a cautious approach with Toby who’s pulled up a bit tight after our main session," he said.

"Daniel Lloyd passed all the concussion protocols this week but we’ve opted to take him out of the 22, bearing in mind it’s been a short week.

"We’re looking forward to welcoming Bobby Hill into the side for the first time this year and we know what Jackson Hately can deliver."
