7th Intake Athlete Profiles - No 27 Andrew Swallow
Andrew played in the offensive centre/HFF rotation during the recent International Rules Youth series against Ireland and was a strong contributor throughout. He was aggressive at the ball, handled it well in traffic and showed a keen vision of what was occuring around him. He does not necessarily have a ‘smart step’ to get out of trouble but more so uses body strength. He has got pace and likes to carry and bounce the ball when the chance is there.
Andrew shows the potential to become a prolific ball winner in the middle of the ground in the years to come.
