Hawthorn Football Club is proud to acknowledge the battle of Kokoda in their Round 11 match on Sunday 5 June against Fremantle at the MCG.
This special match supports the Kokoda Track Foundation, which works to secure the health and wellbeing of those on the Track and their future descendants.
Round 11 is a Hawks home match, if you’re not yet a 2011 member the Hawks 3-game membership will gain you access to the game.
The Hawks team will wear their commemorative Kokoda guernsey, and encourage all fans attending the match to do the same. Team match-worn guernseys are available to bid on at Hawks Online Auctions.
Hawks fans wishing to show extra support can register to be a Kokoda Track Foundation tin rattler at the MCG in the lead up to the match - those chosen will receive two general admission tickets, email community@hawthornfc.com.au to show your interest.
