North Melbourne Football Club is searching for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to join their team as a Junior Customer Service Trainee.
This junior position will be based at the Roo Shop at Arden Street and would be suited to students who have recently completed VCE with an interest to start a career in the sporting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving customers for membership & merchandise
- Maintaining Roo Shop stock levels & tidiness
- Processing of mail, fax, phone and internet orders
- Answering phone calls
- Handling cash and start & end of day shift procedures
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential with high level computer knowledge with experience in Microsoft Outlook also preferred.
Hours for this role will be:
Monday: 12pm- 5.30pm
Tuesday-Friday: 8.30am-5.30am
Saturday: 10am-1.30pm
