Collingwood's Darren Jolly (mark) and Alan Didak (goal) have been nominated for their impressive plays in the club's 48-point win over Carlton on Saturday afternoon.

Darren Jolly's pack mark
Darren Jolly's contested mark in the opening minutes of the third term has been nominated for this week's Mark of the Year contenders.  The Collingwood ruckman soared over a sea of defenders to take the grab 25 metres out in front of goal.

Alan Didak's torp
Even Channel 10 commentator Michael Christian thought Alan Didak was too far out to score when he marked the ball 65 metres from goal in the half forward flank on the Southern Stand side at the city end of the MCG.

But Didak "Absolutely nailed it!" when he unleashed one of the greatest torps ever kicked on the sacred turf.
