Terms and Conditions of entry

1. These conditions of entry relate to the Memorable Moments 2003 competition. The promoters are St Kilda Saints Limited, 32-60 Linton Street, Moorabbin, VIC 3189, ABN 39 070 694 316.

2. Memorable Moments entry is open to all residents of Australia at all ages.

3. The competition commences on Monday 14 April, 2003 and to be eligible for the prize the memorable moment must be received by 5.00pm Friday, 18th July 2003 (the “promotion period”).

4. Participants will be asked to send a memorable moment about one of the Hall of Fame nominees.

5. Participants may enter the competition more than once.

6. Participants must send their entry to: halloffame@saints.com.au

7. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries. Chance plays no part in determining the winner/s. Winners will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the promoter. The judging criteria will be based on the best memorable moment at the sole discretion of the judges.

8. Details pertaining to the prize pool for the winner is as follows:
2 tickets to the St Kilda Football Club’s Inaugural Hall of Fame dinner to be held on Friday, 1st August at Crown Casino. All other expenses including accommodation, travel expenses or ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.

9. The winner will be announced the week commencing 21st July 2003 and will be published on saints.com.au.

10. The promoter’s decision is final in all matters in this competition and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes may be transferred but not exchanged or redeemed for cash.

11. All winners will be notified by email and details will also be published on www.saints.com.au.

12. All entries become the property of the promoter. In providing their personal details on this entry form, each entrant agrees to the Promoter using their details solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion.

13. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter. A copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy in relation to treatment of personal information collected may be obtained by contacting the Promoter.
