How to access Social Club Free seats on Level 1
The 2004 season saw this area fill up most weeks. To enable fair access to all Social Club Members the following will apply for 2005 Home Games.

  • Tickets in this area will be made available one week prior to Match Day (Saturday 9am) from all Ticketmaster7 outlets. A booking fee will apply and will be decided between the AFL and Ticketmaster 7. The Club has no control over these fees.

  • Members will need to have their Membership barcode to enable them to access this area, when phoning or going to Ticketmaster7 outlets.

  • Members who do not wish to access tickets through Ticketmaster 7 can do so at the box office on Match Day, however this will be subject to availability.

  • As this is a popular “Walk-Up” area we will not be selling Annual Reserved Seats in this area.

  • Due to extreme demand and the fact that Social Club Members are missing out on these seats, Guest Passes WILL NOT be available to prepurchase. If there are any remaining seats available on Match Day, Members may purchase 2 Guest passes into this area.

    What is a Foundation Member?
Our Foundation Members are Social Club Members who are being rewarded for continuity of Membership. If you were a Social Club Member in 2003 and retained it in 2004 you must renew for 2005 to remain as a Foundation Member, this will give you guaranteed access to purchase a Grand Final ticket should St Kilda be a participating club. If you do not renew your Social Club Membership you will relinquish your right within this Guaranteed Priority group. Non-Foundation Members will be placed in a ballot should we participate in a Grand Final. Therefore it makes sense to retain your Social Club Membership if you are part of this Foundation Group. Don’t forget to renew in 2005! A Foundation Membership cannot be purchased. It remains as a reward for the continued support of our Social Club Members.

    New Social Club Members
Whilst Foundation Members have priority access, there is still room for new Members. On joining the Social Club you will have access to all the Social Club privileges. In the event that St Kilda participates in a Grand Final and the number of Social Club Members exceeds the amount of tickets allocated by the AFL, all Members will be placed in a ballot. It is worth noting that had we participated in a Grand Final last year all of our 2004 Social Members would have been guaranteed access to purchase a ticket.

Social Club Members Finals Access excluding Grand Final)
Members will have priority access to purchase tickets to all finals (excluding Grand Final) should St Kilda participate. All selling procedures and outlets are determined by the AFL and members will be advised accordingly.

Social Club Members Grand Final Access
  • Guaranteed access to purchase a Grand Final ticket (if St Kilda participates) will be given to Foundation Members (Social Club Medallion holders 2003/2004/2005 consecutively)

  • Remaining Members will have a guaranteed priority access to purchase, however if this number exceeds the AFL recommended allocation figure then all names will be entered into a ballot. The AFL will advise the amount of tickets available to our priority Members and ticketing access will be determined accordingly.

AFL Club Support Members with Social Club Upgrade
  • AFL Club Support Members with Full AFL Membership ARE NOT ELIGIBLE to priority access to purchase Grand Final Tickets through the St Kilda Football Club. Access for these Members is through the AFL ONLY

  • AFL Club Support Members with Restricted Silver) Membership have access to purchase Grand Final tickets through the Club and NOT THE AFL – this access will depend upon their Social Club status ie Foundation Member etc.
Please note that the above procedures are policy of the AFL and not a direction from the St Kilda Football Club.

To become a Social Club member you must be a Football Club member.
