LEON Davis is in the running for the AFL Goal of the Year after a brilliant effort against Fremantle on Friday night.
Davis showed all the skills in applying pressure to Des Headland before tackling, forcing the spill, buttering up to gather the ball and then calmly slot home a beautiful goal from the boundary line and 45m out.
