Steve Motlop will make his AFL debut face Hawthorn on Easter Monday.
Motlop booted three goals in last weekend’s VFL Practice game against North Ballarat and he also impressed through the AFL practice games
The 19 year old Motlop is in his second season with the Cats. He missed the first part of last season after undergoing shoulder surgery, but he returned to play six VFL games late in the campaign.
James Podsiadly, Nathan Djerrkura and Ryan Gamble have been named as emergencies.
Veteran defender Darren Milburn has been ruled out for 1-2 weeks with a grad one hamstring strain.
