THE mid-season draft returns on Wednesday night, with a whopping 602 players throwing their hats in the ring for one of a dozen or so opportunities to live their AFL dream.

VFL.com.au’s Brendan Rhodes asked the eight VFL standalone clubs to nominate those players who they feel deserve a crack at the big time, either for the first time or a second shot at it after their first crack didn’t go to plan.
