Responsibilities:   

  • Oversee operational management of the Werribee Football Function Room including all staff, budgets, health & safety, catering, function co-ordination
  • Responsible for direct management of all Events such as Presentation Night, Season Launch, Auction Night and more
  • Assist with Sponsorship & Fundraising
  • Assist with Marketing & Promotion
  • Responsible with all Match Day Operations including  staffing, gates, bar, canteen, Match Day Luncheons,
  • Manage all Club Memberships including promotion
  • Assist Werribee Football Club coteries, wherever possible
  • Manage the Werribee Football Club database
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures as necessary
  • Identify and improve club facilities, wherever possible

Relationships

  • Develop positive relationships with all Werribee Football Club stakeholders

Decision Making

Authority: Any decisions regarding strategic direction or impacts to the club require Chief Executive Officer approval.
