This is an important role for our club where you'll become a key link between our customers and our club.  Our ideal candidate will be a recent communications/marketing graduate looking for a career start.  It's essential that you have fantastic communication skills and are able to meet every challenge with a smile!  You’ll be responsible for the day to day reception tasks, including greeting customers face to face, via the phone and also responding via email.  The Football Club reception role is one of the most important customer experiences our members and supporters have.  Your ability to maintain strong relationships, win, lose or draw, especially through written and verbal communication will be essential.  You will also provide general administrative support to the club and be involved on match days to support the team.
 
As this role reports into our Marketing and Communications team you’ll get great exposure and training across all areas of the club.  Working for the Melbourne Football Club you’ll enjoy being part of a wonderful team, a genuine career track in communications/marketing, not to mention working at the MCG.  With excellent mentoring and training provided, this role is ideal for someone with limited experience and the desire to grow.
