PORT Adelaide has made one late change to the selected side to face Hawthorn with upgraded rookie Danny Meyer being included in place of Matt Thomas who has been forced out because of injury.

Meyer has played four games for the Power since moving to Alberton at the end of the 2008 season as a rookie.
