The AFL is aware of an alleged incident of racism involving a patron in the crowd during the Victorian Football League (VFL) Round 14 match between Port Melbourne and Werribee on Friday night.
VFL management is working with the clubs to gather all information. We encourage anyone in attendance who witnessed the incident to come forward with information.
The AFL strongly condemns racism and there is absolutely no place for racism in our game at any level, whether that's on the field or from the other side of the fence.
