An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic, driven individual, who is passionate about helping Port Adelaide achieve the highest coaching standards in Australian sport.
The role works in tandem with the senior coach and reports directly to the CEO.
Duties include:
- Assisting the senior coach to establish the playing vision of the whole club
- Assisting the senior coach in development and implementation of the Port Adelaide-specific game plan
- Maximising the effectiveness of the entire coaching program
- Developing of all Port Adelaide Football Club coaches
- Developing of coaches goal setting and feedback systems
- Coordinating all match committee and coaching meetings
- Active member of the football strategic committee and list management
- Take a lead role in media and corporate representation for the football department
- Overseeing the player leadership program
