WEST Coast and the Western Bulldogs have both been struck severe blows with key players withdrawn late from the selected side.
The Eagles lost key defender Jeremy McGovern due to illness while the Western Bulldogs have lost their skipper Easton Wood, who did not get through training yesterday after suffering hamstring tightness.
The Eagles have included Tom Cole for the vital clash that will land the winner inside the top four while the Western Bulldogs have replaced Wood with Bailey Williams.
Marcus Bontempelli will captain the Bulldogs with both Wood and Robert Murphy now sidelined due to injury.
