Adelaide Football Club CEO Steven Trigg is now on Twitter as @crowsCEO

Within hours of joining and sending his first tweet on Wednesday, more than 350 followers had jumped on board.

“I don’t have a detailed understanding of what it’s all about yet, or know  the difference between a tweep or a tweet!,” Trigg said.

“But I do know that social media has been embraced by our Club as an opportunity to get closer to our fans and sponsors.

“I see this as another way I can have direct contact with our people. If I want to get something out there, this seems to be a pretty good way of doing it.”
