Crows emergency Chris Knights will return from Melbourne early in the morning to play for the SANFL’s Eagles if not required tonight.
Knights, who returned from a calf injury to play in the SANFL last week, has been named on a wing by the Eagles for their clash with West Adelaide at Richmond. Luke Thompson has been named in a back pocket.
Ivan Maric is available to play for Port Magpies in their home game against Glenelg, which will have James Sellar at centre half forward and Jarryd Lyons as a midfield/forward option.
Tony Armstrong will be the only Crow in action at Prospect Oval, named at half back for North for the game against Central District.
Taylor Walker returns from suspension to play for Norwood against South Adelaide on Sunday. Myke Cook has been named in the Panthers’ midfield but Shaun McKernan has a corked thigh) and will not play.
Young ruckman James Craig is back with North’s reserves after a long lay-off through injury. Lachlan Roach (North), Jake von Bertouch (Eagles), Tim Milera (Port Magpies) and Will Young (Norwood) are also playing reserves.
Sturt has the bye this weekend.
