ADELAIDE and Port Adelaide have made a combined seven changes ahead of Showdown 47 on Saturday.

Both clubs are regaining significant firepower, including Crows forward Josh Jenkins (knee) being named three weeks after hyperextending his right knee against Richmond

Wayne Milera and David Mackay are also in for Adelaide, which dumped Bryce Gibbs again, as well as Elliott Himmelberg and Ben Davis.

Tom Rockliff returns for the Power after winning an extraordinary 57 disposals at SANFL level, with Justin Westhoff, Dougal Howard and Karl Amon rounding out the inclusions.

Joel Garner, Kane Farrell, Peter Ladhams and Willem Drew are the omissions.

There are some huge inclusions for Western Derby 50, with Fremantle ruckman Aaron Sandilands to play his first match in more than a year and gun defenders Jeremy McGovern and Tom Barrass in for the Eagles.

Rory Lobb is another quality Dockers inclusion, along with ex-Bomber Travis Colyer and Mitch Crowden, while Brennan Cox (hip), Sean Darcy (managed) and Brett Bewley and Bailey Banfield (omitted) are out.

Mark Hutchings (hamstring) and Will Schofield (omitted) are out for West Coast.

Elsewhere, Giant Lachie Whitfield is set to return, Jamie Elliott and Ben Stratton are back for Collingwood and Hawthorn, respectively, and Essendon will have Jake Stringer against Sydney.

Forward-ruck Mitch Lewis is the Hawks' other addition for Friday night's clash, with Jon Ceglar (omitted) and injured forward Dylan Moore (groin) making way.

Elliott, debutant Isaac Quaynor and James Aish bolster the Magpies' line-up, in place of Ben Reid (calf), Levi Greenwood (back) and Travis Varcoe, who was dropped.

FULL INJURY LIST Who's ruled out and who's a test?

Essendon axed Kyle Langford and Josh Begley, on top of losing ruckman Tom Bellchambers (calf), but recalled Zac Clarke, Stringer and Matt Guelfi.

The Swans, on the other hand, made just one change, bringing back speedster Harry Cunningham for big man Callum Sinclair (shoulder), which likely leaves Aliir Aliir to carry the ruck burden.

Aboriginal forward Derek Eggmolesse-Smith is a shock inclusion for Richmond, which lost Josh Caddy to a leg injury.

Category B rookie Eggmolesse-Smith was promoted to the primary list on Thursday, with star defender Alex Rance placed on the long-term injury list.

The Tigers are heading to Metricon Stadium on Saturday to take on Gold Coast, with Jacob Heron and Josh Corbett the Suns' additions.

Corey Ellis and Will Brodie go out of the side.

Geelong is unchanged for Saturday night's match against the Western Bulldogs, who promoted Toby McLean as hamstrung defender Caleb Daniel's replacement.

Mid-season draftee Kyle Dunkley, Jordan Lewis and Braydon Preuss are among Melbourne's possible inclusions for Sunday's game against Carlton at the MCG.

The Demons will make at least two changes, with Tim Smith (calf) and Oskar Baker (omitted) confirmed outs already.

Matt Cottrell, a pre-season supplemental selection period recruit, could make his AFL debut for the Blues, who may also turn to Darcy Lang, Andrew Phillips, Alex Fasolo and Hugh Goddard.

Charlie Curnow (knee) is the sole out so far.

Another mid-season draftee, Lachie Hosie, is one of North Melbourne's possible additions, with Paul Ahern and Jamie Macmillan others in the mix to replace Kyron Hayden (Achilles).

The Kangaroos' opponent, St Kilda, hasn't dropped anyone as yet, but could recall Nathan Brown, David Armitage and Jack Newnes, while Sam Rowe could make his club debut.

Greater Western Sydney will make at least one change to replace Shane Mumford (soreness) for Sunday's showdown with fellow top-four aspirant Brisbane.

Dawson Simpson or debutant Matthew Flynn are likely to come in for Mumford, with Whitfield, another potential debutant in Ian Hill and Jake Stein others jockeying for a spot.

The Lions lost Oscar McInerney (concussion) but have named former Bulldog Marcus Adams and defender Alex Witherden in the extended squad.
