Sandringham's Erica Fowler has been added to Geelong's list for the 2025 AFLW season.
The 32-year-old joined the Zebras this year following 46 AFLW games for Collingwood and has been a standout in the first half of the season, sitting in ninth place in the rebel Coaches MVP Award voting.
Fowler has averaged 13.5 disposals, 24.2 hitouts, 3.5 marks and 6.3 tackles across six matches.
She becomes the second Sandringham player to be added to an AFLW list in the past month, following Lauren Brazzale who was signed by Richmond after two rebel VFLW matches.
Fowler was originally selected by the Magpies with pick 70 in the 2018 AFLW Draft and went on to play in the club's VFLW premiership in 2019.
Geelong Cats Operations and Recruiting Manager – AFLW/VFLW Ben Waller said he was thrilled to add the ruck and key position player to the Cats' squad.
“Erica has shown strong form at VFLW level in 2025, and with one spot remaining on our list, we identified the need for a tall and to add depth to our ruck stocks," Waller told the Geelong website.
“Bringing a wealth of experience, we are excited to see what Erica can contribute to our program both on and off the field.”
