THE  AFL advises the Match Review of Saturday’s second Toyota AFL Preliminary Final between the West Coast Eagles and Melbourne has now been completed. A total of two charges have been laid.

Jordan Lewis, Melbourne, has been charged with a third offence of misconduct against Liam Ryan, West Coast Eagles, during the first quarter of the second Preliminary Final between the West Coast Eagles and Melbourne, played at Optus Stadium on Saturday September 22, 2018.

In summary, he can accept a $2,500 sanction with an early plea.

A third offence of misconduct is a $4,000 fixed financial sanction. The player can accept a $2,500 sanction with an early plea.

Jeremy McGovern, West Coast Eagles, has been charged with misconduct against Jack Viney, Melbourne, during the second quarter of the second Preliminary Final between the West Coast Eagles and Melbourne, played at Optus Stadium on Saturday September 22, 2018.

In summary, he can accept a $1,500 sanction with an early plea.
