The AFL is pleased to confirm tickets for the 2026 AAMI Community Series will go on sale Wednesday, February 4 at 12pm AEDT for Club and AFL members and 3pm AEDT for the general public.

All 18 clubs will participate in the pre-season competition, with matches to be played at regional and suburban venues across the country.

Club members, AFL members and kids aged 14 and under will have FREE general admission access to the 2026 AAMI Community Series for another year thanks to the partnership with AAMI.

These arrangements will extend across all AAMI Community Series matches, except for matches at Mars Stadium, which will be fully ticketed.

Competing Club and AFL members can scan their 2026 membership on match day at the venue (excluding Mars Stadium) for free general admission access, subject to capacity.

Alternatively, competing club and AFL members can guarantee entry by registering for a general admission ticket or upgrading to a reserved seat via the relevant ticket agent using their 2026 membership barcode.

General admission for non-members is $20 for adults, while reserved seating will be $30 for adults and $10 for kids at venues with applicable seating options.

While general admission access for kids 14 and under is free, they must redeem a ticket in advance of the match. Any child without a pre-redeemed ticket will not be permitted access to the match.

All three Mars Stadium matches - Melbourne vs Richmond, St Kilda vs Essendon and North Melbourne vs Collingwood - will be fully ticketed to manage capacity while redevelopment works continue at the venue.

Competing Club and AFL members must upgrade to a reserved seat to attend matches at Mars Stadium, while all juniors can redeem a free ticket with a paying adult.

The AAMI Community Series matches will take on the following format:

  • 4 quarters of 20 mins, plus time on (as per AFL Premiership Season).
  • Squad of 30 players; 18 on field, eight interchange and four emergencies. Minimum of four players on the interchange bench during the match at any time.
  • No interchange cap.
  • Full panel of umpires appointed by the AFL.

All matches will be broadcast live on Foxtel and Kayo Sports.

Clubs will communicate their confirmed match simulation training sessions, with all sessions to be managed by each club and broadcast exclusively live on Foxtel and Kayo Sports.
