Execute multi-channel campaigns and initiatives in line with the strategy to deliver on department KPIs

Write copy, brief designers, develop timelines etc.

Build customer journeys using marketing automation tools

Apply learnings to optimise campaigns

Deliver member engagement initiatives (including the loyalty program) to reduce churn and increase member satisfaction

Execute campaigns to drive attendance
-
Coordinate the club-wide communication calendar
-
Segment and choose audiences in line with campaign objectives
-
Schedule communication and identify opportunities to integrate/combine comms messages to protect audiences from overload
-
Execute operational communications (e.g. ticketing/redemptions) in consultation with the Consumer Operations Manager to ensure a seamless member experience
-
Execute campaigns to drive daily ticket sales
-
Actively participate in establishing and advancing data systems and tools in collaboration with the Data & Technology team
-
Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives
-
Deliver data acquisition and data quality campaigns to improve contactability
-
Has 1–2 years’ experience supporting or coordinating marketing or digital campaigns.

Is confident working with data, segmentation and platforms such as Archtics, Salesforce or marketing automation tools.

Writes clear, engaging copy and can manage timelines, briefs and multi‑channel campaign delivery.

Brings strong organisation and attention to detail, ensuring smooth execution across communications and member touchpoints.

Enjoys building customer journeys and optimising campaigns through learnings and data insights.

Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with internal teams to meet objectives and enhance member experience.

Is proactive, eager to learn and excited to contribute to acquisition, retention and engagement outcomes.
