North Melbourne emerging ruckman Taylor Goad will play his first game of the season when the Roos take on Carlton at Arden Street Oval on Good Friday.
Lively forward Jacob Konstanty has also been included, with veteran Jack Darling recalled to the AFL team after kicking three goals in last week's defeat to Essendon.
The Blues have made four changes to the side that lost a thriller to Williamstown, with Campbell Chesser and Hudson O’Keeffe included, while Nic Newman and Wade Derksen have been elevated to the AFL side.
The Brisbane Lions will be bolstered by the inclusion of AFL-listed trio Conor McKenna, Will McLachlan and Zane Zakostelsky when they host Sandringham at Brighton Homes Arena.
Coburg has made one forced change for its clash with Collingwood at Barry Plant Park. Former Northern Bullants utility Maison Goodman will make his club debut for the Lions in place of Matt Foley who will miss through injury.

Tom Highmore returns for Port Melbourne when it hosts the Sydney Swans at ETU Stadium, although Fraser Rosman will miss with concussion.
The Swans have made eight changes following their heavy opening round defeat to Box Hill Hawks, with Billy Cootee set to play his first game after being selected in last year's AFL Draft. Taylor Adams will be sidelined by a hamstring injury, while Peter Ladhams is suspended and Harry Cunningham has returned to the AFL team.
Alex Davies leads six inclusions for the Gold Coast Suns in their clash with Southport at Fankhauser Reserve. Jamarra Ugle-Hagan will miss with a knee issue. The Sharks regain Max Pescud.
Richmond will unveil young gun Sam Cumming when it travels RSEA Park to take on St Kilda. The hard-nosed midfielder was selected with pick 7 in the 2025 AFL Draft and will make his club debut as one of five inclusions for the Tigers on Sunday.
The Saints have brought in six AFL-listed players among seven changes to the side that went down to Frankston in Round 2, with Dan Butler, Hunter Clark and Liam Stocker among the ins.
Casey Demons have made five changes for their Easter Sunday match-up against Box Hill Hawks, which includes the inclusion of talls Matthew Jefferson, Aiden Johnson and Luke Kentfield.
Henry Hustwaite will play his first game of the season for the Hawks following a dominant 2025 VFL campaign, while Flynn Perez has been called up for his first AFL game in brown and gold.
Nick Bryan makes his return from an ACL injury when Essendon takes on reigning premier Footscray at Marvel Stadium.
Bryan is one of five AFL-listed players added to the Bombers line-up, with Tom Edwards the only listed player going out after earning an AFL recall following a five-goal haul last week in his first game in 12 months.
