The Smithy’s VFL teams for Round 3.

North Melbourne emerging ruckman Taylor Goad will play his first game of the season when the Roos take on Carlton at Arden Street Oval on Good Friday.

Lively forward Jacob Konstanty has also been included, with veteran Jack Darling recalled to the AFL team after kicking three goals in last week's defeat to Essendon.

The Blues have made four changes to the side that lost a thriller to Williamstown, with Campbell Chesser and Hudson O’Keeffe included, while Nic Newman and Wade Derksen have been elevated to the AFL side.

The Brisbane Lions will be bolstered by the inclusion of AFL-listed trio Conor McKenna, Will McLachlan and Zane Zakostelsky when they host Sandringham at Brighton Homes Arena.

Coburg has made one forced change for its clash with Collingwood at Barry Plant Park. Former Northern Bullants utility Maison Goodman will make his club debut for the Lions in place of Matt Foley who will miss through injury.

The Magpies have included Wil Parker and will hand a club debut to former Melbourne-listed midfielder Taj Woewodin, while Will Hayes and Lachie Sullivan go up to the AFL team.

Frankston will be bolstered by the inclusion of Will Hamill and George Grey among four changes when it takes on Tasmania at Kinetic Stadium.

The Devils have named skipper Robbie Fox for his first game with the Devils after missing the club’s opening two games with a calf issue.

Teams for the Round 3 matches on Saturday and Sunday will be released from 5pm on Friday.
