Key Focus of this position (Why this job exists):
- Undertakes the Accounts Payable function including the processing and payment of supplier invoices.
- Administering the motor vehicle fleet.
- Ad hoc tasks as directed by the Financial Controller
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Monthly processing of accounts payable transactions completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist the Financial Controller in completing quarterly Internal Audit reporting requirements
- Prepare employee expenses reimbursement data file for upload into the payroll system
- Responding promptly to all supplier invoice queries and disputes
- Provide business user training and user support as required
- Monthly processing of credit card transactions within month end deadlines
- Administering the motor vehicle fleet.
- Administer the cloud-based purchase order / expense management system
Essential Experience:
- Demonstrated (3-5 years) accounts payable experience,
- Demonstrated experience using an ERP system, preferably Business Central
- Demonstrated experience using procurement and expense management system, preferably SAP Concur
- Strong technical skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- A high level of accuracy and a strong eye for detail
