ST KILDA forward Dan Butler has been suspended for one match in what could potentially be his final game for the club.

The 30-year-old, who is yet to receive a new contract offer from the Saints for next season, was cited for rough conduct on Gold Coast's Mac Andrew during the fourth quarter of Thursday night's loss at Marvel Stadium.

The Match Review Officer graded the incident as careless conduct, medium impact and high contact, drawing a one-game ban.

Butler had 10 disposals and seven tackles for the game.

Meanwhile, teammates Tobie Travaglia and Hugh Boxshall were each fined for staging.

Ben Jepson was cited for careless contact with an umpire, making it the sixth such offence for the Suns in 2026 and putting them at risk of another hefty fine. The club was fined $20,000 in June after a fifth offence.
