THE AFL wishes to advise the voting panel for the 2026 Norm Smith Medal, presented to the player adjudged best-on-ground in the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final, will be as follows:

• Andrew McLeod, (Chair), Premiership player & Norm Smith medallist (1997, 1998)
• Shaun Burgoyne, Premiership player (2004, 2013, 2014, 2015)
• Chris Judd, Premiership captain & Norm Smith medallist (2006)
• Michael Voss, Premiership captain (2001, 2002, 2003)
• Lauren Wood, Herald Sun

As a reminder to all media, the Norm Smith Medal cannot be shared between two players.

In the event of a tie, the tie is broken as follows:

• Number of three votes received
• Number of two votes received
• If still unbroken, votes cast by the Chair will break the tie 

Paul Chapman will present the Norm Smith Medal to the player adjudged best-on-ground. The 2009 Norm Smith medallist, Chapman played in three premierships with Geelong (2007, 2009, 2011).
