The search is on for an experienced Store Manager for The AFL Store Southland Shopping Centre.

Reporting to the Area Manager and the Store Owner, your role will include achieving planned sales budgets, providing exceptional customer service and taking your team of 6-8 casual to a new level of greatness through training and development.

You will also be responsible for driving sales, the daily administration tasks of running the store including cashing up and banking, staff rostering, providing weekly sales reports, visual merchandising, stock rotation reporting.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales success with a "lead from the floor mentality", demonstrated store or assistant store management experience, strong communication, motivation, fantastic presentation, a passion for retail, an eye for detail and the ability to work in a team or autonomously.

You will need to be available on a rotating 14 day roster which includes one late night and one weekend shift per week.
