Where did your club finish on the AFL Ladder?

THREE-TIME premier Hawthorn has earned the double chance by the skin of its teeth, thanks to Sunday's thrilling one-point win over Collingwood.

The result locks in the four match-ups for week one of the 2016 Toyota AFL Finals Series.

The Hawks will face fierce rivals Geelong in this year's second qualifying final.

The Sydney derby will headline the opening weekend of the finals, with Greater Western Sydney facing cross-town foes and minor premiers the Sydney Swans in the first qualifying final.

Adelaide's upset loss to West Coast on Friday night has cost the Crows the double chance.

The Crows will face North Melbourne, beaten by the Giants on Saturday night, in the first elimination final.

The in-form Eagles will host the second elimination final against the Western Bulldogs.

The Bulldogs face a return to Perth after suffering a 20-point defeat to Fremantle at Domain Stadium on Sunday.
